Tangela Mitchell-Rivers balances various titles like Dr., Midwife, Leader, Teacher, Speaker, Mentor, Wife, Mother and Prophetic Voice, her true radiance shines brightest as the Daughter of God.

Her profound beauty is reflected in her commitment to nurturing humility and fostering a deep connection with The Holy Spirit. Tangela embodies positivity, love, a steadfast faith, and a tangible presence spreading these virtues wherever she goes.

Her primary goal is to witness individuals embracing their true identity wholeheartedly. Having experienced her own divine transformation, she has chosen to to guide others through their transformative journeys. During this transformation she teaches them how to enjoy the journey just as much as the destination, because it is all necessary!

Tangela has been married for 14 years and is a mother to seven children in a blended family, with ages ranging from 16 to 31. She is also a grandmother to four. As an ordained Apostle, she is constantly learning from The Holy Spirit and teaching others how to flow from that place. Tangela enjoys providing opportunities for others to connect with and appreciate the wonders of a relationship with The Holy Spirit. Behind her unwavering obedience and dedication to being united with God lies a compelling story.

She hasn't always been H.E.R.!! As an author, she recounts her life experiences in her autobiography "Pictured Perfect" sharing candid and authentic moments that have influenced her future and deepened her trust in God alone. Beyond writing her own books, she guides others in narrating their stories, leading them on a journey to healing and wholeness through the writing process. Some aspiring authors may choose not to publish their stories, and that's perfectly fine. Nevertheless, they discover that the process Tangela guides them through is essential in aiding them on their personal journeys.

TMR, also known as Tangela Mitchell-Rivers, is simply a girl who adores God, her loved ones, lending a hand, and sipping on a chilly glass of iced coffee! When Tangela is not mentoring or speaking, she dedicates her time to creating enriching travel experiences for individuals and couples. Q: What is H.E.R. Table and how did it come about?

A: H.E.R. Table was set -up one day after communing with God and understanding the true meaning of The 23rd Psalms. Holy Spirit has given me the full download on RESTORATION and I have read the 23rd Psalms over and over. This complete Psalms is about REST, TRUST, BEING SUSTAINED, BLESSINGS OVERFLOWING, even when you have others who feel you are not worthy! God will show them you are! You are His Child- you are MORE than WORTHY!!

H.E.R. Table invites other Children Of God to come and REST, partake of the feast He has provided, relish in the abundance of joy and blessings, and understand that THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING!! For We shall dwell in the house of the Lord FOREVER!!! There are times of refreshing experienced through H.E.R. Table Segments online, mentorships, 1:1 retreats and group events. Most people benefit greatly from 1:1 interactions as they not only get the individual time but they are also more vulnerable to share and go through healing without a crowd. It is an honor to guide others on this transformative journey!

"Good evening and God bless each one of you my sistah’s. I had to seize the opportunity to purchase and participate in the Restoration Weekend Getaway coordinated by our own Tangela Mitchell-Rivers I am so overjoyed, overwhelmed and as we like to say “full” from the whole experience.

It was a much overdue and needed weekend of release, counsel, solitude and prayer. I spent it requesting and receiving God’s biblical promise of restoration.

I now see my world in a different “light” by recalling the God in me. My God has not and will not forsake me. My prayers will be heard and answered with his will for us all. Thank you Jesus for blessing my family and loving a sinner like me.
